Leadership
Founder and proprietress of Goddy Tabi Bilingual Nursery & Primary School. The school has operated from Lower Mawoh since 2010 under her direction, and its standards — the bilingual teaching, the literacy commitment, the examination record — are hers.
A Business Law graduate of the University of Douala, with a substantial professional background in OPITO-accredited onshore and offshore safety training.
It is an unusual route into a primary school, and an unusually useful one. OPITO training is an international safety standard built on procedure, competence assessment and accountability — and a head teacher who has worked to that standard runs a school where the roll is taken properly, the perimeter is respected, and a lapse is treated as something to fix rather than something to explain away. The legal training shows in the same place: the school's records, its fee structure and its reporting to parents are documented, not improvised.
Responsible for the school's fee records — every instalment tracked against a named child, every receipt accounted for, and the reminders that reach parents before a deadline rather than after it.
It is worth knowing that this is a real post held by a real person. A school where fees are handled properly is a school where a parent can query a balance and get an answer the same day.

Sese Catherine
Takes the school's youngest children — many of them on their first day away from home. Settling a two-year-old into a classroom is its own skill, and the literacy programme starts here, in rhymes and naming and talk.
Sese Catherine
Also teaches Nursery One, which means the children she settles in Pre-Nursery carry on with a face they already trust — the smoothest possible start to real letters, numbers and both languages.
Ebi Achie Gwendolen
The bridge year. Her class arrives recognising letters and leaves ready for Class One — holding a pencil correctly, following instructions in either language, and able to sit with a task long enough to learn from it.
Besong Alice M.
The year reading turns from decoding into fluency, and writing becomes the child's own. Class One sets the habits — neat books, finished work, questions asked out loud — that the next five years are built on.
Etta Margaret
Consolidates what Class One began and pushes it further: longer texts, composition in both English and French, and mathematics moving from counting into reasoning.
Miraculous Ma-Njong
The end of lower primary, where the full subject list opens up — science, social studies, history and arts & craft taught in their own right rather than folded into a general lesson.
Ndi Marie Claire
The first of the consolidation years, and the ones schools most often waste. Her class does regular written work and enough built-in revision that Class Six never arrives as a shock.
Mispa Fertung Spouse S.
Over 15 years in the classroom, and the teacher who takes our candidates through the public examinations. She runs the examination preparation programme — the remedial and revision classes behind the school's 100% record in the First School Leaving Certificate and Common Entrance.
Class Five completes the primary sequence between Classes Four and Six, carrying pupils into the examination year.
Support & care
A nursery attendant for the youngest children, and staff on the gate through the whole school day.
Small children need an adult whose whole job is looking after them rather than teaching thirty others at the same time. That is what a nursery attendant is for, and it is why the post exists here as its own line on the organisational chart.
